They definitely do grow up fast! My niece just started first grade and doesn’t think Harry Potter is cool anymore, my heart is clearly in pieces.

Harry Potter does seem fallish maybe because the particular troubling mystery of the books starts developing as the kids head back to Hogwarts. I started reading HP on summer vacation, so that explains my loyalty to that season;p

I know just how you feel about those little ones running into your arms with abandon, being an aunt is the most cherished part of my life, soak up all those moments because they grow up so fast!
